Warehouse Operative - All shift patterns
£23,974 - £29,746 per annum* or £11.82 - £16.56 hourly rate plus great benefits
37.5 hours per week, full time
Avonmouth depot (Poplar Way West, Bristol BS11 0YW) - please check you can reliably commute to depot before applying

Shifts available;

  • Day Shift – 6am - 2pm, any 5 days over 7 including weekends, or Sunday - Thursday
  • Back Shift – 2pm - 10pm, any 5 days over 7 including weekends, or Sunday - Thursday
  • Night shift - 10pm - 6am, any 5 days over 7 including weekends, or Sunday - Thursday
  • Rotating Shifts - Week 1 6am - 2pm and Week 2 12pm - 8pm

We also provide a transport service with our 3rd party provider Zeelo - with local pickups and on-site drop offs, around the Bristol area.

We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to work at our Avonmouth depot. No experience is required, all training is provided and the role comes with a competitive salary and great benefits package.

This is an active role where you'll work towards daily targets, so if you’d welcome the opportunity to get some exercise while you're on the clock, this could be the right job for you!

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets
  • Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse
  • Work in a team to achieve key targets

This Warehouse Operative role would suit people who can comfortably perform manual tasks. You’ll also need:

  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to work towards targets
  • Good organisational skills

  • Salary calculation is based on a 37.5 hour week, working 3 in 4 weekends/45 hours per month. Therefore, earnings could change depending on the shift pattern we agree with you.
