We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our e-commerce business and lead our warehouse operations. As an e-commerce company, our warehouse plays a crucial role in delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about managing warehouse operations and optimising processes and the efficiency of the operations.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, including managing inventory, managing the warehouse team, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and systems are in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and productivity targets are met.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity, while maintaining a safe and organised work environment. As well as continuously evaluating and monitoring the progress and performance against Key Performance Indicators and costs against budget.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in warehouse management, with experience managing a team and driving operational excellence. You should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities.

Experience
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting
- Experience managing a team
- Strong analytical understanding of operations, logistics, warehouse processes and systems
- Awareness of cost control and keeping cost down on labour, stock and running efficiently
- Proven organisation, communication and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of problem solving and process implementation in a professional environment
- Experience in developing and executing project plans
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
