Job description
MAX Eyewear is an optical wholesaler based in South West London, supplying customers in 70+ countries. Our online department is steadily growing with more customers moving to online ordering and we are looking for an energetic office assistant to join our team.
This role will involve:
- Managing sales ordering process for wholesales customers
- Providing customer support
- Purchase and stock management of packaging supplies
- Resolving issues arising with shipping (deliveries, returns…)
- Picking orders from customer order sheets
- Packing orders ensure a smooth transportation and successful delivery from warehouse to courier to customer
- Restocking day to day
- Checking in inventory from suppliers
- Reporting returns and damages or missing inventory
- Complying with all aspects of Health and Safety in the warehouse environment
Our Ideal Warehouse/Office Assistant:
- Previous office and/or warehouse experience is an advantage
- To be highly organised
- Ability to work well under pressure and to follow strict deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written English skills
- IT literacy and confidence
Working hours: 08:30-17:00, Mon-Fri
Permanent position & immediately available
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
Schedule:
