Job description

Supreme Recruitment are looking for an experienced Administrator to join one of our clients based in Lichfield.

• Dealing, via email and telephone, with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.
• Filing and archiving.

Duties:

• Helping with commercial invoices / billing
• Goods in documentation
• Booking in stock and running reports
• Receiving discrepancy reports and dealing with them quickly
• Formatting pick lists to the warehouse
• Liaising with other departments where necessary
• Ensure company policies and procedures are understood and strictly adhered to at all times.

Skills: Good Maths & English, written skills, confident, good spoken English and PC skills are essential.

Hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday - £12.08ph
