Head of logistics for SHEIN Canada

We are looking for a Head of Logistics to join our team.
Responsibilities
(1) 3PL supplier management: manage the relationships with our 3PLs, 3rd party warehouse & hub as well as truck company, including:
- Supplier management, price negotiation, logistics product development;
- Approval and signing of Logistics contract;
- Setup weekly and monthly reviews and day-to-day escalations with suppliers;
- Communicating SOP and managing against internal and external KPIs (involve 3rd party warehouse & hub);
- Optimize logistics solution to ensure lowest-cost shipping opportunities and provide highest rates of on-time delivery for customers (local sellers’ orders);
(2) Daily operation, manage the first mile, middle mile, last mile, custom, truck, land house, including:
- Seeking, planning and execution of all fulfillment&logistics operations, including preparing for peak;
- Assist the sellers on the platform to optimize the standard and timely delivery process;
- Assist oversea logistics team optimize the import process and handle some daily customs clearance exceptions (cross-border sellers’ orders);
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree in logistics/SCM, engineering, business management or similar preferred;
- More than 5 years logistics experience in North America logistics or 3PL, and more than 3 years E-commence logistics experience; Familiar with Canada logistics network and have network with local delivery supplier;
- Canada work authorization;
- Efficient communicator, strong execution capability and strategic thinking;
- Fluent in English;
- Good MS office in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Willing to travel when required;
- Ability to work effectively in a business-driven deadline environment.
