We have a fantastic opportunity to join our distribution centre in Marston Gate as a Warehouse Team Leader.
In this role you will lead, motivate and develop a picking team of about 15 operatives to maintain clean and safe working conditions within the warehouse. You will also be making sure that goods are dealt with safely, accurately and efficiently; managing all escalations, ensuring the team is meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators as well as promoting a continuous improvement culture.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week between Monday to Friday from 2pm – 10pm.
Up for the challenge? Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous experience of working as a Team Leader or Supervisor, managing a team in a warehouse or logistic environment essential
- Experience in Material Handling Equipment and working to KPIs/SLAs desirable
