Recruit 2 You is currently partnering with a leading window and door manufacturing company based in Heage. We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with excellent administrative skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
Utilize SAP Business One knowledge (preferred) to carry out administrative tasks efficiently.
Proficiently use Excel and the company's bespoke system for data entry and management.
Perform general administrative duties, providing support to the warehouse team.
Prepare for deliveries by coordinating with relevant departments and creating delivery reports.
Requirements:
Prior experience using SAP Business One is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to adapt to the company's bespoke system.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous.
Salary and Working Hours:
Hourly rate: £10.42 per hour.
Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Opportunity for a full contract at the end of the trial period.
