Job Type: Part-time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm (hours negotiable)
Salary: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour

Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Sutton Coldfield. We are looking for someone with administrative experience, who is hard-working, conscientious and passionate about contributing towards the smooth and professional delivery of products to customers at their building sites.
Warehouse Operative Responsibilities Include:
- Providing admin support/cover where required
- Input picks in IQ (Company System) and create SDNs
- Check receipt of goods and book into IQ
- Scan delivery notes
- Process IBTs
- Arrange couriers/Fed-ex
- Coordinate vehicle repairs/checks
- Processing returns with the approval of the Branch Manager
- Support the Sales team where possible
- Able to wrap pallets/put away stock if needed
- Assist with stock taking
- In addition to these duties, you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business, where appropriate training is provided.
Qualities Needed:
- PC literate, with basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team player, but equally able to work independently
- Organised and good attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Confident and able to use own initiative when needed
- Excellent time keeping skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
