Imperial Personnel are looking for Warehouse Team leader with solid manufacturing and electrical skills experience. This is a strait permanent role.
The work
· Deliver set operational targets for individual Value stream through leading, managing and inspiring Technical Supervisors and Operation team member.
· Coordinate the area of responsibility to ensure Zero Mind set and establish continuous improvement approach of the area.
· Drive lean implementation to deliver cost performance and improve daily way of working.
· Build employee capability through identifying training need, monitoring competencies and regular 1:1 conversation
· Support relationships and work collaboratively with key stake holders and functional values stream (Supplychain, Planning, Quality and Engineering)
· Optimise and improve processes with continuous improvement activates.
· Devise and implement an effective departmental plan to maximise productivity focusing on right deliverables and using and maintaining the Eaton manufacturing processes.
· To be a true expert in key EBS tools and able to teach the core skills to their departmental workforce
· Meet and drive the company compentancies for the role, Zero Incident Workplace Culture, Manufacturing Process Design, Manufacturing Value Stream Success Factors and Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Strategy Development and Execution, EBS Tool Integration, Business Systems and Practices, Program Management. Support MESH Modules through championing certain elements
· Follow and comply with Quality management system based on ISO 9001-2018
· Ensure manufacturing competence and goals are clearly defined and monitored to ensure departmental working population achieve full potential.
· Produce Productivity data in time for daily meeting.
· Support employee development and activities which are linked to site to ensure employee growth and competence in their core skills
· Being responsible for between 2 to 30 employees.
Technical Knowledge
· Strong Product Knowledge for Signalling, CCTV or Transformation
· IT literate; EBS, ELSS
· Confident Presentation Skills
· SAP,
· solid financial understanding of electrical fire systems design and industry regulations,
· strong reporting skills
· prefer IOSh qualified.
Shift Details
37.5 hours day shift
Pay between 37k to 40k PA
