Job Title: Logistics/Warehouse Manager
Reports To: Plant Manager
Job overview:
Logistics/Warehouse Manager manages the overall warehouse operations and daily activities of staff. Oversees inventory levels, monitors the safety goods, and ensure the efficient use of warehouse space. The position requires the Manager to be a working Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the functions and working of the warehouse staff
· Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
· Measures and report effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee’s performance
· Ensures shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
· Organize and conduct necessary trainings activities for the warehouse staff
· Ensures the proper functioning and safe operations of all warehouse tools and equipment
· Transferring materials and goods between warehouse, coolers, freezer and production
· Support production by providing ingredients and packaging materials to production department
· Organizing warehouse
· Record keeping, data entry, and stock management
· Follow and enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
· Adhere to and enforce the compliance of all legal and safety procedures
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Highschool Diploma or GED
· 3 or more years in distribution or manufacturing required
· Forklift Certified with 3 years minimum experience with forklift & electric pallet jack
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate and solve problems
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
· Ability to follow rules and procedure and understand the production procedures
· Ability to perform inventory count, FIFO, handle Ship out/Receiving/Transfer forms
· Highschool equivalent math skills
· Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
· Teamwork and communication skills
· Bilingual – Chinese speaking is plus
Physical Requirements:
· Able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
· Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach as needed
· Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
· Ability to withstand cold temperatures working inside the freezer with protective clothing for periods of time
Must be available to work a staggered schedule, overtime, holidays, and weekends based on organizational needs.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
