Here at GXO, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Drinks Logistics site in Northampton on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operation is run efficiently and cost-effectively, whilst we implement strategic operational and service improvements.
Predominantly, you will be Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be needed on occasion – this is the world of logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer you a salary of up to £50,000 per annum. In addition, you’ll get 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You’ll be responsible for all warehouse activity
- Check and monitor operational status daily and assume accountability
- Deploy the right amount of resource in-line with operational needs in line with budget
- Track volumes vs expenditure to ensure productivity KPI’s are met
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Extensive management experience of operating within a warehouse FMCG environment
- Experience in managing employee relations and customer/trading relations
- Exposure to operating within a commercial environment sufficient to develop effective customer service and commercial understanding
- Excellent financial acumen and commercial awareness
