Job Description:
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse is organized, stocked, and clean. This role will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with the production department to ensure orders are fulfilled. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to prioritize and work independently. The Warehouse Coordinator will report to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:
·Provide administrative support to warehouse manager.
·Maintain inventory levels in the warehouse.
·Process orders in a timely manner and ensure orders are fulfilled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
·Coordinate with production staff to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
·Ensure that all warehouse equipment is in good working order.
·Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, including cleaning of flooring, walls, equipment, etc., as well as general cleaning of facility ( restrooms, kitchen, etc.). Ensure that all warehouse equipment is cleaned at least once a day. Ensure that the warehouse is kept stocked at all times with supply items (pots, pans, etc.)and report any shortages to production staff. Ensure that inventory levels are maintained in accordance with company procedures and report any shortages or losses to production staff. Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and timely for all orders in the warehouse as well as ensuring that all information regarding inventory levels is recorded on the company’s ERP system appropriately. Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed at all times by assisting in training new employees on safety procedures and reporting any safety concerns to management immediately. Ensure that all safety equipment is maintained in good condition by assisting in maintaining the inventory of equipment throughout the day as well as ensuring that safety equipment is cleaned at least once a day. Qualifications:

About the role
As a Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Shift Manager in the smooth running of the Warehouse operation, ranging from picking, intake, out loading, and value-added operations. You are responsible for executing the essential tasks to ensure we meet and exceed our customers' expectations on a daily basis.
You’ll be task focused and inspiring to your team by demonstrating what success looks like.
Salary: £26,663.88 plus £3,500 night shift premium
Hours: 40.25 per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Nights) 18.00 - 06.00
What you’ll be doing
- * Liaise with customers confirming daily orders and queries
- Check inbound stock deliveries from suppliers
- Create pre-advices, stock reports and complete traceability tests when requested
- Complete regular stock checks
- Oversee picking, decanting and allocate jobs to staff
- Regular stock rotation to ensure correct dated stock is picked
- Provide a thorough handover to end of shift
- SHEQ (Safety Health Environment Quality)
- Responsible for managing GFR2 alerts for our VAS partners
- Delivering ReMARKSable Value
- Deputising for the Shift Manager in their absence
- Complete 1 to 1’s for all VAS operatives
- Create task plan for section leaders
