Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm

Job Description and requirements
Position/s: Client Operations Manager
● Start of day - Review SLA statuses for all orders and Jira tickets
○ Prioritize all staffing and daily expectations
▪ Check staffing for the day
● Check the planned forecast for the day vs actual orders
● Use Labour Planning Tool if needed
▪ Review Fulfilment Overview report on client platform
● Review batch and pick/pack volume
● Prioritize expedited orders
● Create cluster carts
● Create batch orders
▪ Review Appointment Plus and Inbound workload
● Strategize for the day per SLA need and incoming shipments
▪ Review B2B/Vas department needs for the day
● Prioritize orders by SLA and client type
▪ Review JIRA and engage ICQA
● Daily start up meeting with ICQA
● Review JIRA and strategize by SLA
▪ Review SFN FOP’s and Tickets
● Engage the needed to parties to achieve resolution
▪ Complete or assign replenishment needs
▪ Check Slack and email and respond accordingly.
▪ Review and complete any tasks from previous day
● Middle of Day
○ Review SLA and department standing for all areas
▪ Review Inbound SLA and department standing
● Review Appointment Plus
● Review the current workload for Arrival, Receiving, and Stowing
▪ Review Pick/Pack SLA status and department standing
● Review current OPH – Give praise where you can
● Review SLA status for the day
● Review expedited order status
● Start to prepare for the next day’s orders
▪ Review Labelling SLA status and department standing
● Confirm that closed out gaylord are ready for pick-up
● Double check that new gaylords are being opened as needed
▪ Review Batch SLA status and department standing
● Review the orders to SLA
● Review audit process completion by team member
▪ Review VAS/B2B SLA status and department standing
● Prioritize orders using Vas Management
▪ Assess staffing for the day
▪ Check Slack
▪ Check Email
● End of Day
○ End of Day process and assurances:

● Jira Tickets

● On Hold locations
▪ Inbound Management
● Prepare for tomorrows expected deliveries
▪ Pick/Pack

● Check OPH and coach where needed.
● Restock mis-picked inventory

▪ Labelling
● Verify that all gaylord have been closed out properly in the system
● Confirm all carrier pick-ups
▪ Batch
● Adjust staffing for next day as needed
● Start batching orders for next day if you have a second shift.
▪ VAS/B2B
● Verify all orders have been completed for the day
● Prepare for the next day’s orders by SLA
● Review VAS Management
▪ Walk floor and clean up as necessary
▪ Check Slack
▪ Check Emails
▪ Submit your End of Day report

● Fulfilment Overview – This report should be used to prepare for the current day’s orders and the following days prep.
● Inbound Management -This report is to be used to prepare for the days inbound load
● Batch Management – This report is to be used for planning, assigning, and completing batch orders.
● Pick Management – This report allows you to create pickable cluster carts
● Pick/Pack Metrics – This report shows the daily OPH performance by employee
● Historical Pick/pack OPH – This report should be used to see the overall historical performance by site and by employee detailed periods of time.
● Outbound Forecasting – This allows you to better help to forecast labour.
● Carrier Pick-up Overview - This allows you to manage your outbound gaylords.
● WRO Search – This is used to view specific WRO’s
● Inventory Search – This function allows you to search inventory within your site.
● VAS Management – This function shows the sites VAS orders at the current time.

● Appointment Plus – This is used to organize product drop off to your site.
● Client Partner Dashboard – This provides visibility to various parts of your business
