Warehouse Administrator | Full time | Site Based | Ashby De La Zouch, LE65 1JR

EV Cargo are looking for an experienced Administrator to ensure the control of traffic flow in and out of the premises following booking in and out procedures of vehicles. You will monitor all vehicle site movements whilst communicating with warehouse operations and using internal/external systems.

THE SALARY
Up to £24,755.00 per annum, based on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Manage vehicles entering site inbound & outbound.
• Liaise with warehouse operations to ensure communication is made with vehicles entering/leaving site or making them aware of any issues.
• To establish and attain agreed customers service levels, ensuring effective communications with key internal and external departments.
• To ensure that all internal/external systems are up to date.
• Control issues on our case management systems via email.
• Updating information on excel for internal and external visibility.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly schedule.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Qualifications. Level 2 in English & Maths.

Experience. Previous experience in an administration environment. Previous experience in warehousing environment. Excellent computer and IT skills (Microsoft packages, excel, word etc.). Excellent administration experience and skills, ensuring that paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Communication. You will have excellent communication skills, spoken and written.

Influence & Persuasion. Excellent people skills and an approachable manner. Able to demonstrate assertiveness to ensure goals are reached. A strong work ethic. Ability to quickly make decisions and solve problems under own initiative. Ability to manage and coach new and existing drivers and team members. Excellent attention to detail.
