We’re looking for a Warehouse Management Systems Administrator to join us at our JD Go Outdoors contract, at our multiuser site at Trafford Park. Reporting to the Warehouse Systems Manager you will support the operation to ensure that the order journey is free from issues and that we are able to meet and deliver KPI’s accordingly.
This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, where you’ll be working on a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern from 06:00 to 18:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Investigate and resolve of interface errors and hold orders, to include application orders, errors, fraud orders and click and collect- Make general checks to the system including maintenance of logs/records, certification of accuracy of information and recording of key data
- Provide effective resolution of customer care queries by checking inventory and cancelled orders as required
- Create documents and reports as required by the management team
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience of a complex, fast moving warehouse environment at an administrative level- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with a high level of attention to detail
