We require Warehouse Contract Administrators to work at our busy Luton site. We can offer a competitive salary, life assurance and enrolment in our cash back health care scheme.
Mon – Friday 08:30 – 17:30
The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Contract Administrator include:
- Customer Liaison.
- Job entry.
- KPI reporting
- Communicating and scheduling picks on the shop floor.
- Booking in and tracking of deliveries.
- Preparation of goods in and delivery paperwork.
- Resolving any queries.
The essential qualities of the Warehouse Contract Administrator include:
- Experience of working in warehouse operations.
- Must have experience of SAP
- An up to date knowledge of warehouse processes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Strong ITC skills.
