Warehouse Operative – Lace & Beads
We are a fast-growing fashion brand looking for experienced warehouse staff to join our team. As a
warehouse staff member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their
orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and packing
merchandise for shipment to our customers, as well as processing returns and repacking items as
needed.
Responsibilities:
Fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all items are accounted for
and packed securely for shipping.
Pull stock from inventory based on customer orders and replenish inventory as needed.
Receive new merchandise deliveries and perform quality checks to ensure that all items
meet our standards for quality and accuracy.
Process returns from customers and vendors, inspecting returned items for damage and
determining appropriate disposition (e.g. restocking, disposing, or sending back to vendor).
Re-pack items as needed, ensuring that all items are properly labelled, packed, and secured
for shipment.
Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, including shelving, packing
stations, and equipment.
Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff members and supervisors to ensure that all
tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Use technology and software systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and process
orders.
Meet productivity and performance goals as set by management, and provide suggestions
for process improvements as needed.
Ensure that all returned items are properly recorded in the inventory management system,
and that refunds or exchanges are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to returns or
exchanges, and provide feedback to management on ways to improve the returns process.
Maintain accurate records of returned items and their disposition, and ensure that all
inventory is properly accounted for.
Ensure that all repacked items are labelled and stored correctly, and that all inventory is
properly tracked and accounted for in the inventory management system.
Requirements:
Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using technology and software systems to manage inventory and process
orders.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
Can easily commute to and from Croydon (CR0)

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
