Job Description
Here at XEPOS we are a leading provider in electronic point of sale machines (EPOS) for businesses across the UK, we provide these systems to all retail sectors. Our headquarters is based in Shirley, Birmingham, West midlands.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience working with computers, repairing, and installing software.
All applicants will receive onsite training and be required to learn the role and be able to work within a team to ensure all jobs are completed and actioned within the timeframe required.
Key Duties and responsibilities
· Installing software on machines and testing to ensure machines are working correctly.
· Accepting deliveries
· Packing orders
· Repairing faulty machines to be recycled or returned to customers
· Keeping stock up to date in the warehouse
· Calling customers to arrange collections and returns of faulty or damaged equipment
· Updating spreadsheets with day-to-day repairs, items incoming and dispatch from the warehouse
· Helping team members
· Flexibility to complete other tasks not IT related.
