The Warehouse & Assembly Associate is responsible for Scheduling Orders in Assembly, Assembly of parts, Warehousing, inventory control, scheduling special order requirements with Vendors, setting up Deliveries, arranging incoming and outgoing shipping both domestic and international, assisting with Inside Sales as a liaison for assembly and warehousing.
Job Duties
- Assemble door frames, parts, and package ready for shipment.
- Meeting with Sales/Assembly team regularly to discuss the workload and schedule.
- Perform random quality checks with production to ensure accuracy.
- Working with vendors and scheduling services that need to be completed for assembly of parts.
- Setup/Schedule Deliveries for outgoing and incoming freight, both Domestic and International. In line with freight guidelines and freight allowed in quotations.
- Fulfil orders for all outgoing Shipments.
- Manage Inventory in the system to ensure accurate inventory is maintained.
- Performs inventory adjustments in the system.
- Send Shipping confirmations when order has been shipped.
- Assist the Inside sales in liaising with customers, shipping companies and assembly progress.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Operations manager or Global Management Team.
