Warehouse Administrator

The company are a well-known logistics company and are now opening a new site due to growth and expansion. They have a requirement for numerous reach drivers to join them on a straight permanent basis

Duties to include:

• Key customer liaison and day to day contact for any queries, both via email and phone
• Managing customer orders and prioritisation based on customer requirements
• Stock investigation through warehouse management system (WMS)
• Creation and management of customer POs, picks and stock management within the WMS
• Manage each customer query through to close
• Day to day issue solving and reporting
• Warehouse error tracking through issue log
• Stationery and consumables stock management & ordering where required
• KPI reporting

Skills Required:

• Previous administrative experience is preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages e.g. Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Adaptable IT skills
• Previous experience with WMS systems preferred

Rates of Pay: £27,430 per annum

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 06:00-15:00 & 10:00-19:00 – must be flexible to work both shifts
