Monday –Thursday 7am to 3.30pm Friday 7am to 1pm
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for a talented administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or show an aptitude to learn quickly. Previous experience of working in a logistics environment would be desirable. You will be flexible and adaptable to learning new systems and working as a dedicated team. You will be comfortable solving problems and working independently and collaboratively with colleagues to foster great team working, communication and mutual respect.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Warehouse team with all aspects of administration
Making stock reservations, creating picklists and general ERP input
Order book management (MS Excel)
Booking in stock and corrections
Complete end-of-day processes (register pick, create delivery notes)
Manage priority lists
Support customer services team with specific orders
Manage the office inbox for the (system amendments, order queries etc.)
Processing returns and credits
Non-conformance investigation
Dealing with couriers
Key Personal Attributes
Previous experience working on an ERP/MRP system is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
Able to prioritise a changing to-do list
Excellent attention to detail
Organized and analytical
Be committed to high standards and a continuous improvement mindset
Competent in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word and occasional PowerPoint
A team player, willing to work towards time-sensitive deadlines
Excellent work ethic
Motivated to follow tasks through to the conclusion
Flexible and adaptable
