The role
This exciting role involves working within our Tayview project offering 24-hour accommodation based support for 8 individuals with complex histories and trauma. Our team offer person centred support with the aim of supporting people to gain the skills to live independently.
Working a night shift pattern over 2 weeks including weekends and public holidays:
Week 1: 4 shifts on 3 off
Week 2: 3 shifts on 4 off
Shifts hours: 20.50pm – 07.30am
What we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter who is able to develop and build relationships with people offering empathy and person centred support. Ideally, you will have experience within housing or health and social care. If you have great listening and communication skills developed from a previous career in hospitality, retail and many other sectors, this may be the role for you.
