We have a new opportunity for Waiters/Waitresses to join our fantastic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for motivated, proactive, organised, and personable Waiters/Waitresses who understands or would like to understand what it means to deliver bespoke 5* service.
Part-time, Flexible Hours, Zero Hours available.
This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a versatile Food & Beverage environment.

Il Pampero - Our Fantastic Italian Restaurant located on the ground floor called Il Pampero. Serving exceptional Italian cuisine in a sophisticated setting, which embodies Italian chic and vintage glamour. From breakfasts, lunch, dinners, and Italian inspired brunch on weekends.
The Bar & Terrace – Located on the first floor, the bar provides atmospheric lighting, velvet booths and caters to all with an international food menu, wine list and an eclectic cocktail list. Further into the bar there is a discreet garden terrace, an urban oasis which turns into a cigar lounge after 9pm.
The Muse – A private meeting room catering to all occasions from board meetings during the day to exclusive dining room by night. Adorned with an Italian marble fireplace, solid oak table and luxurious furnishings.
Room Service – Providing Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and everything in between for in-house guests as a vital service.
