Job description
Viva Brazil are looking to recruit some new members to our floor team. We are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion in delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Waiting staff responsibilities include the following:
- Greeting our customers in a warm and friendly way.
- Using your extensive knowledge of the menu to answer customer’s questions & make recommendations.
- Check back on customers throughout their meal.
- Clearing plates and glasses as efficiently as possible, in a professional manner.
- Polishing cutlery.
- Making well-presented coffees.
- Help other team members as here at Viva Brazil as we work as a team.
- Assist the management team in maintaining Viva Brazil standards.
- Keep up with health and safety food standards.
- Ensuring that you deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- At least 3 months experience in a similar role
