Exciting opportunity to work in a new bar and kitchen in Seven Dials.
The Brighton Cocktail Co. specialises in unique cocktail experiences. We are a Brighton-based, female-owned company with a real passion for bringing people together. Our location on Dyke Road offers an inclusive, chic, welcoming space where people can connect with one another. Residents and visitors can enjoy great quality, locally sourced alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails and explore new experiences.
This is where you come in! We are looking for outgoing and passionate Waiting Staff who can work with our team to deliver quality food, drinks and exceptional service to our customers.
Ideal Candidate
- A passionate and customer-oriented server who wants to work hard, be part of a team and create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Loves serving local food and drinks and sharing information about our suppliers.
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, beers, wines or willingness to learn.
- Health and safety conscious, willing to undergo training as needed.
- Experience in a similar role with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Willing to work special events and cater to corporate/private bookings.
Schedule
- Full time or pat time hours available
- The shift pattern will be Wednesday-Friday 4pm-11pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-11pm, up to 5 shifts per week.
Experience
- 2 years Waiting Staff (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
