Waiting staff – full time Sugardough Restaurant The Lanes

We are looking for an experienced and talented waiter to join the team at our restaurant in Brighton’s Lanes. We are looking for someone with quality full table service experience in a busy restaurant. Barista skills are an advantage as is some cocktail experience. Weekly pay plus monthly share of service charge.

You need to be able to work full time hours across the week and weekends. This role wont suit students that leave Brighton during the holidays or anyone that can't work 5 full time shifts every week. The shifts are day shifts, no nights. You would need to be available to do opening shifts which start at 7.30am and close shifts which finish around 6.30pm/7pm.

You will be an integral member of our lovely team working with our great new Manager. The restaurant is small but beautifully formed. We cook modern British food - brunch, lunch and cocktails. We are a local independent business and you need to be able to build rapport with our regular customers. You must be energetic, have personality, be driven and dedicated to doing the best job you can.

You must have the following experience:

· Strong waiting skills

· Barista skills and cocktail making experience (nice but not essential)

· Professional full table service experience

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent communication

· A professional manner and be very presentable

· Excellent written and spoken English

· You must also be eligible to work full time in the UK
