The Elizabeth House Hotel are looking for a driven, hard-working, able individual to join the great team we have existing already. As part of our expansion we are looking for motivated Front of House employees to deliver great customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers.
Responsibilities Include:
-Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
-Going above and beyond for customers and the team.
-Serve and present beverages to customers.
-Serve food to customers.
-Take orders and clean tables.
-Recommend and up-sell food and drinks.
-Keep up-to-date with the ever changing food menus.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures and licencing laws.
-Be involved and contribute to team meetings.
-Communicate with Back of House staff.
Experience is preferred.
The working week requires availability in mornings (06:00-11:00) or evenings (17:30-22:30) depending on the rota. Hours per week are 20+/week. Shifts are Monday to Friday and includes weekends.
Pay is determined by preferred.

Salary: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
