Responsibilities:
- Ability to multi-task well in busy periods.
- Present menu and provide information when asked e.g. portion sizes, ingredients and food allergens (allergen training provided)
- Prepare tables by arranging table settings
- Up-sell additional products
- Ensure age requirements for consumption of alcohol are meet.
- Accurately take and serve food and drinks orders
- Deliver bills and collect payments
- Clear tables of dirty dishes
- Liaise with co-workers to inform yourself on new menu items, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e. g. parties)
- Follow relevant Regulations: Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire and ID checks for alcohol consumption
- Gather drinks and deliver them to customers
Requirements:
- Work experience preferred. but not essential.
- Attentiveness and patience
- Good presentation and organizational skills
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to cover: daytime, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

- Shifts include weekend and holidays
- Shifts between opening hours of: 11:30 am - 9:00 pm Monday-Thursday., 11:30-10:00 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- Shifts range between 4 - 9.5 hours excluding break
- Hourly rate plus retention of personal tips earned
