We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working, experienced Floor staff to join our city centre, fast paced restaurant.
We are looking for ideally 4-5 years experience working in hospitality and a positive, friendly attitude.
Progression opportunities are available for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibility
- Greeting guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
- Always report on time and in proper and impeccably clean uniform Skills required
- Good verbal communication skills and high awareness of customer service
- Being friendly yet professional
- Having high energy and stamina, with an ability to work for long hours standing
- Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
- Patience and an ability to promote the menu in line with customer needs are highly value
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Salary: Minimum wage-£10.00 per hour, free meals on shift, tips and incentives scheme
