Server/Waiting staff
1703 Dunfermline is an 17 bedroom hotel, cafe bar with a separate kitchen & grill restaurant and a Bavarian beer hall all situated in a beautifully refurbished church building in the town centre - We are that dine or don't type of place that we love when we just want to relax and enjoy ourselves. We always have something fun going on from weekly live music to monthly events.
As a business we have come out of lock down stronger than ever. At the heart of our recovery is our product and most importantly our team.
We have brought our cafe bar concept over from our award winning venues in West Lothian which have been serving up the very best for over eight years! Alongside that the backbone of our company our butchers & bakery supplies all our venues the very best in local produce for our chefs to prepare.
Giving the people of Dunfermline and surrounding areas their favorite spot for a social catch up, relaxing coffee with the dog or a night out on our award-winning cocktails, a meal in the cafe bar over some live music or a special night in our kitchen and grill sampling the very best steaks cooked on our hot rock stones.

We are looking for waiting staff of all levels for our multi functioning hotel.
The ideal candidates will be driven, passionate and ready for a challenge. They must take pride in their delivery whilst letting their personality sparkle out to each one of our guests.
Previous experience in a high performing Hospitality or customer service based workplace would be an advantage for this role but not essential, If you are hard working and willing to learn we can provide training.
Part time + Weekend positions available.
