The primary focus of your role is to deliver fantastic, personal and memorable service to every guest, whether it be that famous Afternoon Tea on the terrace, a first-class service for dinner in The Grill, the perfect placement of a expertly created cocktail or an exactly executed latte - you’ll perform each service with flair and style!

As a Lounge Waiter or Waitress, you will have previous service experience in a fast-paced food environment -a desire to execute a perfectly engaged service focused on the diner every time - and a positive relentless to be at your best every day! We’re looking for applicants who have:
- A proven track record in great customer service, showing an understanding & responding pro-actively to customers’ needs
- A genuine passion for food and drink
- Fantastic attention to detail
- The ability to communicate clearly and openly with colleagues
