The Britannia Bolton is a 96-bedroom hotel which houses our in-house Junction Restaurant serving a full English breakfast every morning. There’s also an on-site bar for residents, with cold and hot beverages available as well as light snacks. Due to expansion, we are looking for Waitering Staff to join our team.
As Waitering Staff, you will be required to:
Service food and clear tables.
Explain and advise guests of products and services.
Clear and re-set tables.
Ensure that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
Take and serve drink orders.
The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
