Job description
We are looking for a FULL TIME, experienced & passionate waiter to assist in the opening of a brand new champagne & cocktail bar/restaurant in the heart of Altrincham!
Located steps away from the esteemed Altrincham Market, WEST BEVERLY -CALIFORNIA is a new concept by the established California Coffee & Wine, located on Oxford Road, Altrincham.
WEST BEVERLY will be a fast-paced and exciting cafe-restaurant-bar, open 7 days a week - SUNDAY 9:00 - 21:00 / MONDAY 8:00 - 17:00 / TUESDAY 8:00 - 17:00 / WEDNESDAY 8:00 - 17:00 / THURSDAY 8:00 - 23:30 / FRIDAY 8:00 - 23:30 / SATURDAY 9:00 - 23:30. Nights, weekends, and early morning availability is a must.
The grand opening is scheduled for Tuesday, 4th July.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-end restaurant and be able to serve to the highest standard; opening wine at tables, glass collecting using a tray, carrying three plates of food at the same time, topping up water at tables, showing great knowledge of food & drinks on offer, being able to up-sell desserts, coffees, and digestifs. Attention to detail is a must.
