Waiter/Waitress
We are seeking a confident Food & Beverage Assistant with exceptional customer service skills. We have positions available in our bars, restaurant and conference & banqueting departments.
Working as part of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to comfortable dining and providing excellent customer service at all times.
As part of the Food & Beverage team your duties will include, but not limited to:
- To greet all guests in a warm and courteous manner and to ensure that their needs are met.
- To take guest orders and serve them promptly and efficiently in line with the food and beverage departments standards.
- Serve food and drink in line with company standards
- To set up the restaurant, banqueting, bars and meeting rooms as per the departments’ standards.
- Prepare for lunches and dinners and set up for breakfast to the required standards
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
- To comply with all food and beverage legislation and licensing laws.
- Have a friendly, bubbly personality
The ideal candidate:
- Experience of working in a similar role is essential
- Can work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Bubbly, Confident and out going
Hours of work will vary depending on the need of the business, but do include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
