- Previous experience as a Head Waiter in a luxury environment an advantage
- You must be articulate and comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues
Your responsibilities
- Welcoming and engaging with guests
- Have complete knowledge of the menu and wine list
- Ensure highest standards of customer care at all times, providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Understanding the flow of service in order to anticipate Head Waiter/ess instructions whenever possible
- Ensure that all tables are cleaned and relayed
- Acknowledge and bid farewell departing guests
