We're looking for fun and passionate people to join our fantastic front of house team as a Waiter / Waitress
Heartwood Collection is an award-winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food. Heartwood Collection currently has 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years. - Hourly rate is based on National Living Wage plus TRONC, and the TRONC is calculated from the previous 6 months' site average. The rate of TRONC for the site you are applying for will be confirmed and discussed at the interview stage.
