Waiter – £13.50 per hour (targeted earning's) and surplus tronc
We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Waiter to join our Oxfordshire team over our busy summer period (mid May - September).
We have exciting plans to extend our restaurants, opening our lawns for our members to eat, drink, relax and soak up the vibrant summer atmosphere. Members (and staff) always comment on how great the lawn area is; surrounded by a variety of street food huts/ vans and drinks carts it's a fantastic addition to the farm!
Your role involve taking food and drinks orders for members, responding to any queries and ensuring members are happy and satisfied with service.
Hospitality and waiting experience is essential for this position. We will also offer full training to anyone joining the team to ensure you are comfortable with our menus etc. and confident talking to guests about what we offer. In return, you will also receive full uniform (including shoes, hats, sunglasses etc.) so you can look the part and be comfortable whilst working, free food on shifts (you can eat from the food stalls), and will have full access to our new well-being tent (we understand this role will get busy at times, and we want to ensure you take the time to have breaks throughout the day!).
We are hiring staff from mid-April - September. So if you can commit to the full summer let us know, if not we are asking for a minimum commitment of 8 weeks. This fixed term contract will be full-time, working 5 days out of 7 (and you must be flexible to work evenings and weekends).

- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal but not essential
