We are looking for an experienced waiter to join our team. We take great pride in our ever expanding wine list and our nose-to-tail approach to cooking. We hope people with the same passions will fit right in and become integral parts to our hard working and ambitious team.
Our approach is personal yet professional. We aim to strike the balance between a casual, modern dining experience and delivering top notch service. Confident people skills to support excellent food and drink knowledge is essential. An ideal candidate will have some years in the industry behind them and will have worked in restaurants of a similar calibre, maintaining a busy section with back to back sittings. Wine/spirits training and qualifications are a bonus, as is experience using booking systems.
Shift patterns will mostly be evenings and weekends. Hours are flexible, 30-40 hour positions are available. We pay competitively and for the right person there are always opportunities to develop and grow within the company.
