- With a solid training programme when you start, you’ll quickly know all about the cuisine of North African Coast; Learn from head chef Daniel Alt to develop your knowledge and taste for our food with the likes of sumac, za'atar, ras el hanout, amba, mahaleb – and get used to eating everything from dawn to dusk with addictive tahini
- Regular wine training from our Wine Director Honey Spencer alongside spirit and cocktail briefings and trainings educates your palate and keep developing your knowledge about new products and flavours
