We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic individual and dedicated team player to join our very passionate team.
We’re looking:
- Passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in a busy hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and service skills
- Excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Flexibility to help the team on the floor
- Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
- Cocktails and general drinks knowledge is a plus
- Creating memorable experiences for our guests, delivering consistent customer service with an attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for our bar and restaurant guests
- Interact with guests, present menus, take orders and make recommendations and serve food and drinks
- Cash handling
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Ability to keep the restaurant organised, stocked and clean
