Responsibilities
How you'll spend your time....

Maintain a log of client tiering across the team and ensure service delivery consistent with each client’s status
- Manage the book of clients you have responsibility for through:
- Understanding the client and their requirements
- Take every opportunity to improve the client experience
- Delivery of SLA in respect of client tiering
- Ensure timely response to day to day queries
- Escalate issues as appropriate
- Communicate investment strategy ideas and market intelligence in a pro-active manner
- Be an advocate for the client within Columbia Threadneedle
- Seek the status of trusted adviser with clients
- Leverage the time and resources of the investment teams effectively
- Help develop the service proposition
- Improve effectiveness and ‘joined up’ dealings between the various client centred departments including Operations, Change, Client Services, Legal, Marketing
- Ensure Salesforce accurately reflects all client details, contact activity and pipeline
- Accountable for ensuring CMBOR reflects client portfolio parameters
- Maintain up to date knowledge of investment markets and CTI strategies in order to be able to discuss the same with clients and their consultants
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have …
- We will consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds including Institutional Relationship Management, Institutional Client Services, Consultant Relations or Pensions Consulting
- Successfully completed the IMC as a minimum
- Have started, completed or be willing to complete further relevant qualifications
Preferred Qualifications

- LDI experience is a plus but not essential
