VP Business Development – Life Sciences

What could this opportunity look like for you?
As VP for Business Development, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding career, leading the sales force (Business Development and Account Management) within our Life Sciences division.
You will coach and develop, whilst ensuring utilization and optimal allocation, shaping the sales strategy and driving the growth agenda within Life Sciences.

You'll make a difference at DHL Supply Chain by:
- Developing and leveraging constructive relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Collaborating with leaders across our internal department functions involved in the sales process, to continuously improve the sales process, production of deliverables and to ensure required resources are available
- Breaking down global/regional strategy to develop local/sub-regional sales strategy
- Identifying promising sales areas and upcoming industry trends and direct sales force towards target accounts and (sub-)sectors
- Supporting development of regional sales strategy and product development
- Budgeting and resource planning for local sales force
