We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s Victory Housing Team, as Voids Administrator. The role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, working 37 hours per week from our North Walsham office.
In this important role as a Voids Administrator, you will support the Void Coordinator with administration in relation to pre and post Void Management and will act as a point of contact and liaise with multiple contractors, internal service providers, partner agencies and staff to ensure timely and smooth delivery of void properties.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Voids Administrator from those with previous experience in a busy, customer related, office based role and those confident in providing help and advice to customers over the telephone, in writing or face to face.
You will need a good level of computer literacy, including the effective use of spreadsheets and databases, be extremely organised and methodical and able to learn quickly and develop new skills.
The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.
