Salary: £34,522 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

What does this role involve?

As a Void Team Leader, you and your team will be responsible for new connections and account management of our commercial void customers.

Day to day, you will;

· ensure your teams tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner;

· be an escalation point for customer complaints;

· monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received and they are billed correctly;

· oversee Void sales & connections through to completion;

· build and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders;

· oversea department KPI’s & SLA’s to ensure they are met.
