Call Centre Assistant
Location: Woking, Surrey
Working hours: Part Time – Saturday (9.30am – 6pm) & Sunday (10am – 5pm)
Salary: Up to £10.62ph, depending on experience
Experience level: Previous experience working in admin, call centre, or customer service
At Specsavers, our Call Centre Advisors are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer’s journey.
We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help – a friendly and professional approach is essential.
- Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
- Transferring calls efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
