The Opportunity:
No two days are the same as due to the nature of the business the product type can change.
Working with the Visual Merchandiser Manager you will be responsible for delivering high standard window and in store displays. With our ever changing stock proposition it is important to understand current trends and be creative to support driving sales and KPI’s by optimising floor layout and product location. Liaise with the Store Management team to react to shopping trends, identifying best sellers and sell through.
Use your commercial knowledge to adapt layout, identify stock / replenishment needs and re-stock when needed. Implement promotional / seasonal POS.

What we are looking for:
A commercially astute individual who can maximise profits and deliver the service proposition.
You will ideally have experience of visual merchandising and retail experience with a creative flair and the ability to put eye catching displays together to drive sales targets and KPI’s. A passion for fashion and and the knowledge of market trends are a must.
You will be managing a small team, running the floor and be responsible for opening up, you will also need to be flexible in your approach to work to cover additional hours where required and be able to manage your time and deadline and must be willing to cover at other Newlife stores on occasion to meet needs of the business.
