Would you like to be part of making HCT’s newest venue a success?
As a Visitor Experience Assistance at 878 AD, you’ll have the opportunity to help us launch our exciting new immersive exhibition space. You’ll help with the set-up of our front of house operations within the space, and once open, you will be an essential part of the successful running. From welcoming visitors into the space, selling tickets both in and outside the venue, supporting our social media presence, to supporting and driving our retail sales, you will be one of the main point of contacts for our visitors and will help make their experience one to remember.

A bit about you
You’ll be a people person and will enjoy meeting new customers every day, understanding and valuing exceptional customer service. You’ll be a great communicator and will love putting your excellent people skills to use to make every visitor feel valued and welcome. You’ll be a supportive team player, always willing to jump in and lend a hand, but you’ll also be happy to work on your own initiative when necessary.
