Visitor Experience and Front of House Assistant (part-time 0.6fte, indefinite)

Starting salary from £19,863 per annum (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £20,761 per annum (pro rata).
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Visitor Experience Team at the Sainsbury Centre at the University of East Anglia.
As part of the team and supporting the Visitor Experience & Retail Assistant Manager, you will meet the needs of our visitor by the prompt and efficient operation of front of house services.
Duties in the Gallery include providing reception, information, ticketing, and sales services to users of the galleries, shop and offices. An important part of this role is to be a knowledgeable ambassador for the Centre, as well as a positive team player.
You will have GCSEs at grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications or experience, excellent customer service skills and sound experience of working in retail, ticketing or visitor reception. You will be passionate about connecting people with the arts and the Sainsbury Centre and its collections.
This post is available immediately on an indefinite, part-time (0.6fte) basis and will include regular weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday), weekday and some evening shifts on a rota.
