Job Title: Visa Sponsorship Coordinator
Hours: Flexible options
Location: Work from Bolton Office / Home
Salary: £26-30k FTE
We are taking part in the national 4-Day Working Week – 3-day weekend, EVERY weekend*
We are looking for a Visa Sponsorship Coordinator to join our busy Resourcing team. The role, reporting directly to the Resourcing Director, is responsible for the managing and coordinating all tasks involving candidate sponsorship, split into three defined areas; 1. external overseas, 2. external UK and 3. internal, currently working for OFG.
- Liaise with multiple touch points, setting leaders, third party partners (WPS), immigration lawyer, HM Home Office, Resourcing, HR, Compliance colleagues and candidates.
- Support the creation of processes for each of the three defined routes to sponsorship.
- Manage Home Office COS applications supported by Immigration Lawyer
- Build a centralised list of all current contingent workers who need sponsorship and prioritise necessary actions to execute.
- Requesting, gathering and verifying of all necessary documentation.
- Create a central repository for all process, certifications, and legal documentation, in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Work closely with immigration lawyer to ensure Certificates of Sponsorship (COS) are applied for correctly and in a timely manner with HM Home Office.
- Ensure all sponsoring candidates are registered and correctly managed within Reach ATS.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Administration experience with a keen eye for detail.
- Competent with CRM or ATS systems.
- Confident communication skills, liaising with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven and able to work independently within a fast-paced environment, taking initiative where required.
