Job description
We are looking for skilled Virtual PA's to join us on a 6 week fixed term contract.
What will I do in the role?
- Organising and facilitating conference calls
- Greeting call participants and being the first point of contact
- Recording attendance and identity/role
- Take minutes
- Providing assistance using call features
- Handling incoming and outgoing conference calls
- Troubleshooting any technical issues during calls and noting issues
- Answering inbound calls
- Ensuring company policies and guidelines are adhered to

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focus
- Attention to detail
- Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
- Works well within a team and individually
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent Time management
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
What will I be paid?
- £20 per hour
Working Hours
- 6 week fixed term contract
- 20 hours per week
- Split shifts of 2 hours each, 4 hours per day over 5 days
- Working hours between 1pm and 6pm
- 5 days training

Minimum Speed Requirements:
- Ping ms Maximum 20ms
- DOWNLOAD Mbps Minimum 20 MBps
